OpenPolicy and Its Partners at the White House

What an amazing day for OpenPolicy and our partners!

The OpenPolicy team, along with our partners from Wiz, Cranium, Lasso Security, ActiveFence, HUMAN, and HiddenLayer, had the honor of visiting the The White House 🇺🇸, the Senate, and the Capitol.

We discussed AI threats and policy recommendations in light of the recent AI executive order and proposed framework. It was a privilege to be in Washington, D.C., briefing policymakers and learning about their priorities and concerns around Gen-AI safety, NCII, CSAM, fraud, and election integrity. Our meetings included Senator Mark Warner’s team, Speaker Mike Johnson’s team, Rep. Jim Himes’s team, and Prof. Deirdre Mulligan (Deputy CTO, White House, Office of Science and Technology). We also attended a Senate panel with Senator Angus King.

We will continue to provide value for our partners and work together to shape the future of AI policy in the US and worldwide.
